Working with Eric

I have been told by clients that I “get them.”

That I “get their world,” and bring value through practical, actionable advice and counsel.

This experience comes from a rare blend of psychological insight, business maturity, and a commitment to understand each client as a person and their leadership DNA.

I am adept at figuring out what works for each client. If you work with me, I will figure out what motivates change for you and help you sustain momentum even when progress gets tough.

You can count on me to be candid, compassionate, and committed to your success.

I’m going to be fully engaged with you, not looking for the next client or project. I am selective about my clients because I care about who I work with.

I often work with clients for multiple years and frequently across more than one role or company.

If you are truly committed to growth and elevating your leadership for the next decade, let’s start a conversation.

Our Beliefs

We believe that rapid growth and profitability are possible while making work healthy, enriching, and rewarding.

But, it takes new and different approaches and choices to create that outcome. It will not happen by accident.

We exist to help leaders look at their approach, re-examine their choices, and build practical plans to lead differently now and into the future.

To help you understand how we approach this work and why, here are our beliefs:

  • Business growth is good. It creates jobs, opportunity, wealth, and innovation for the world.
  • At the same time, unmanaged growth can cause harm to individuals, to the business, and to society. Relationships, physical health, and mental health can all suffer under long term strain.
  • Leaders of organizations have the opportunity—and responsibility—to create humane organizations that take into account financial health, organizational health, and employee health. Not just avoid harm, but also create enduring competitive advantage.
  • Humane organizations are more resilient and in an era of high mobility and increasing social consciousness, more humane organizations will attract and keep the best talent.
  • Yet none of this is easy. Natural tensions exist between business growth and humanity (i.e., compassion, benevolence).
  • Ultimately, humane leadership is possible with the right frameworks, tools, and space to reflect and think.

I engaged with Eric as my own personal executive coach. He took me through an in-depth 360 process that included him personally interviewing and getting feedback from my direct reports, peers, and boss.

He did a masterful job taking the raw data and putting it into a report that was extremely helpful and a document I still reference today. Eric’s coaching style is direct and impactful, he helps you realize and maximize your strengths while being very aware of your development areas and how they could turn into derailleurs.

He is a great coach and partner! I look forward to working with him on future projects.”
