Eric Gerber partners with CEOs and senior executives to help them deliver on their strategic objectives and reach their full potential as leaders. He also helps catalyze leadership teams to have candid conversations, create common ground and take coordinated action.

Before founding Gerber Leadership Advisors, Eric was an Associate Partner at ghSMART, where he served leading private equity investors, high growth portfolio companies and Fortune 500 clients, specializing in C-Suite executive assessment, leadership coaching and senior team effectiveness.

Prior to ghSMART, Eric was a Partner at RHR International LLP, where he advised senior executives on their leadership impact and maximizing their organizations to deliver increased value. Eric managed some of the firm’s most complex engagements and served senior clients in the retail, financial services, healthcare, software, private equity, commercial real estate, manufacturing and professional services industries.

Earlier in his career, Eric was responsible for Executive Development at The Home Depot. While there, he ran top-rated executive leadership development programs and managed the company’s coaching program and talent assessment process. In addition, Eric served in the company’s Talent Management function supporting succession planning and talent mobility for executive roles during a period of rapid growth. Previously, he was an Organizational Development Consultant for Right Management, providing consulting to Fortune 500 companies on organizational effectiveness.

Eric holds an M.A and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Honors from Wake Forest University. He lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and daughter.
